PRATHIBHA PURASKARA APPLICATION FORM 2024-25

The Alumni Association, UAS(B) is inviting applications for the award of Prathibha Puraskara to the children of Alumni Association Members, who have passed SSLC / PUC during 2024-25. The applicants are informed to submit the application to the Secretary, Alumni Association, UAS(B) in the prescribed application form attached or through the online link given below on or before 17-12-2025. Please circulate among all the Teaching Staff.

Eligibility Criteria

1) The Applicant’s Parent should be a member of Alumni Association, UAS, Hebbal, Bangalore.
2) The application should be duly filled in the format.
3) The passing academic year and Marks card pertaining to 2024-25 only.
4) The students who have scored 90% and above in SSLC / PUC are eligible to apply for the Award.
5) Copy of the Original Marks Card has to be enclosed.
6) Attach One Passport size photograph.
7) The application has to reach the Alumni office on or before 17-12-2025.
