2. Technical Support

Ensuring smooth conduction of online class at CoA, VC Farm Mandya during online mode of teaching.
Carrying out Online exam Invigilator of External Exams during online mode of exam conduction. (using student 4^M software)
Implementing events like live telecasting of KRISHI mela and Conferences.
The administration of internet facility & connectivity in CoA, Mandya Campus:

- Both Boys (UG plus PG) and Girls hostels are connected with internal OFC lines and Access points installed to extend the Internet facility.
- The library is connected using pair of media converters and an internal OFC line to extend the Internet facility.
- Separate BSNL line with port forwarded Server is installed in library to make use of soft wares like KOHA
- Students on the Campus are provided with CeRA journal Access Facility even on their mobile phones.
- Students are facilitated to make use of e-notes provided on the University website.
- PG students are facilitated to make use of Plagiarism software in their thesis report.

5. Web-Filtering:

Server with network security gateway (Firewall) is installed in server room. This will ensure that staff member and students will access Internet using either laptop or mobiles (Credentials based). Careful web filtering is done to ensure that the usage of Internet is only for academic purpose.

6. Smart Classroom:

Using state of the art technology one classroom is converted into the smart classroom that improves teaching and learning opportunities by group action learning technologies, like computers, special software, response technology audiences, helpful listening devices, networking, and audio / visual capabilities.

7. Digital Podium and LCD projectors:

Classrooms and laboratories are provided with LCD Projectors and Digital podiums so that teaching learning process becomes more interactive and effective.

8. Video Conferencing:

College campus is provided with video conferencing facility so that we can interact with other sub campuses as well as main campus. Key note speakers can now address all the students of five campuses at a time.

9. Online teaching:

CoA is equipped to conduct online classes as and when required using software like Google Meet and ZOOM are available to conduct online classes.

10. CCTV facility

CCTV surveillance is done during regular time and also during university exams (Like Farmers quota selection and University regular exams).
