The University has released 306 high yielding crop varieties / hybrids in different crops viz., Cereals & Millets (133), Potential Crops (5), Pulses (53), Oilseeds (35), Commercial crops (34), Horticultural Crops (33) and Fodder crops (13). The major flag bearers of these are unique varieties in finger millet (Indaf, MR and GPU series), pigeon pea (BRG series), fieldbean (HA series) and hybrids in Rice (KRH series), sunflower (KBSH series), maize (MAH & NAH series).
